Who I Work With
I offer counselling to adults and teenagers, with 50-minute sessions available in-person, online, or outdoors (please note: Walk & Talk sessions are for adults only).
Wherever we meet, my intention is the same:
To offer a safe, grounded space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.
I work with a wide range of issues, and have particular experience and passion for supporting people navigating:
- Narcissistic abuse (specialist area)
- Anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm
- Neurodiversity — especially autism and ADHD
- Religious, spiritual, and cult-related trauma
- Domestic, emotional, and sexual abuse
- Low self-esteem, shame, and identity struggles
- Grief and complex loss
- Boarding school trauma and Boarding School Syndrome
- Life transitions, family dynamics, and relationships
- Existential themes — meaning, purpose, and death anxiety
With a background in Theology, I bring a respectful, nuanced understanding of faith and spirituality. I know how belief systems can shape our identity, belonging, and inner conflicts — and how hard it can be to share that with someone who doesn’t “get it.” Here, your beliefs are held with care.
Confidentiality, safety, and ethics are central to my practice. I work within the professional standards of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), offering a space that’s non-judgmental, compassionate, and always guided by you.
